When using tin-foil to steam ribs or a Texas Crutch with larger pieces of meat, I have tried the following combinations with mixed success.
- Brandy / Orange-Juice
- Ice-Hole Exotic / Redd’s Wicked Apple Ale
- Ice-Hole Salty Caramel / Dr. McGillicuddy’s Apple Pie
- Spiced-Rum / Apple-Cider
- Tequila / Pinapple-Juice
My personal favorite of late is the Ice-Hole Salty Caramel and Dr. McGillicuddy’s.
